Beyond the Books
It is important for adolescents to participate in extracurricular activities. Student who participate in these activities improve their academic scores and social life. Extracurricular activities can also help reduce many peer pressure related problems. “They enrich the lives of the students, their families and our communities”.
Extra Curricular Programs
Our Students Can Participate in a wide range of extra curricular activities to help them grow better and stronger both in acedemia and charicter
Swimming
swimming is an excellent cardiovascular workout that promotes heart and lung health, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina and even improves balance and posture.
Speech and Drama
Fear of public speaking and anxiety at being the centre of attention is not uncommon among adults. Many of these adults would not have had the opportunity to have these very natural fears challenged while they were children.
Soccer
Soccer players need to be fit and agile. Most games require children to sprint after the ball and jog up and down the field, which are activities that build endurance and speed. Dribbling and shooting the ball develops agility and coordination.
Art & Craft
Most arts and craft projects involve moving the hands and fingers. These movements involve fine motor skills and improve the overall muscle strength and control over movements.
Modern Dancing
Becoming a skilled dancer requires practice, discipline and focus, skills that can be useful in other areas of your child’s life. Dance lessons can help to spark creativity in young children and help them to develop an appreciation for the arts.
